Day 1
Have Alp Bhojan.
– Babaji told that food must be ingested only and only when hungry and in a proportion such that it is lesser than the total eating capacity. The pran or life force energy which streams through the astral body or pran shareer is perturbed or enhanced depending on the food we intake. So eat natural food such as raw fruits and vegetables and if cooked food is to be had, it must be consumed within two hours of its preparation. Just as food is to be had frugally, speaking must be also be restricted. Utter sparingly and only when necessary. Talking and blabbering without an end and uselessly dissipates the positive energy created through sadhna. Always utter positivity and create happiness.

Recipe for Sanjeevani Churan

For detoxification divya sanjeevani churna is used. The following is the method to prepare it. You need:

100 grams dried tulsi ( shama preferred)
100 grams of bilva patra dried
100 grams pudina dried
100 grams haldi ( home made , not ready made)
100 grams of Arjun chal ( bark of arjun tree)
100 grams of dried Amla
100 gm neem leaves (dry)

Powder all of them and take two heaped teaspoons with say 50ml of water first thing in the morning and last thing in the night before retiring. This will completely cleanse and detoxify the body and all the nadis.

Important takeaways from Crystal Healing Shivir

Attended Crystal Healing shivir in New Delhi,  2-4 July 2010 along with my dear Sadhak friends. We stayed at Preksha Dhyan Kendra and after a lot of uneven journey thru the hot Delhi environment eventually reached there @5 pm(was scheduled to reach by 3pm). We were greeted with rude receptionist and bad rooms but that did not deter us from the excitement of seeing Babaji post the last Rishikesh shivir so after a quick bath went down to head towards F&B Farms, the shivir location, to collect our Passes when Bhole Baba showered his blessings in the form of strong rains as if telling us, “Relax you need not go there today after this long and tiring journey, go tommorow”. So we obliged and stayed back. The Preksha guys were refusing even food to all the people who had come there and so we had to arrange food for ourselves in this new and unknown city. Although we were unhappy with the turn of events, we later realized how important that was as Preksha serves Non-(garlic,onion,potato etc) food only as it is a Jain oriented centre and from my experience of last rishikesh shivir where Vanprasth ashram also forbids cooking and serving food with the above ingredients, Baba knew we would not be happy with such food and he automatically created this artificial scarcity and so we had food(delicious) out in the hotels and relished it. Thank you Babaji to caring for our stomachs too :).

Year 2012 effects have started…

As mentioned by various Siddhas including Babaji the effects of Year 2012 have started to take place. The imminent shakeout has been happening since year 2004 when the Indonesia Tsunami took place where by killing nearly 230,000 people in fourteen countries esp the coastal regions or Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Actually since Year 2000.

As Babaji has mentioned frequently in his Shivirs that this was going to start in Year 2000 but the Siddha’s out of compassion wanted to give more time to people who were drenched in the unreal, false ego and materialism and wanted to raise their consciousness. Earth had already started to move into the darker regions of the Universe but the Holy Siddhas formed the Divine SriChakra all over the earth incl. in the Astral planes focusing strong Positive energy generated by the Sri Chakra and thus brought the earth back from total devastation thereby delaying the inevitable.

Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra, the powerful mantra of Lord Shiva is a call for enlightenment. Chanting of this mantra purifies the karmas of the soul at a deep level. The Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra (Mantra of Great Victory Over Death) is one of the most ancient mantras well known in the Vedic canon.

The Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra is a life-giving mantra (sanjivini mantra). It is a mantra that is said to rejuvenate, bestow health, wealth, long life, peace, prosperity and contentment. It wards off death and accidents of all descriptions. Besides, it has a great curative power. It is also known as Moksha mantra.
